A professional dancer, Paris Original is poetry in motion as he exudes the graceful elegance of balletic beauty. Paris calls on his extensive experience in many forms of dance and theatre to craft his unique style of Burlesque. Possessing a statuesque aesthetic, he utilizes his affinity for movement and creative costuming to captivate, inspire and capture the hearts of audiences wherever he goes.

Paris made his public Burlesque debut in Paula the Swedish Housewife’s 2009 production of House of Thee UnHoly 3. Following this epic experience Paris joined a newly formed Burlesque troupe, Burlesque Eclectique, which in its brief existence put together a production of Burlesque Macbeth. Paris was also a member of Seattle’s premiere Boylesque troupe “GAZM” during its brief existence.

Since then Paris has performed in various benefits, fundraisers, and variety cabaret shows including Nightcap with Lily Verlaine, and Tamara the Trapeze Lady’s Broadway Follies. Paris was also featured as a Meteor in the cast of “The Atomic Bombshells: Lost In Space” and has appeared as a guest artist in their “J’Adore” show. He is very proud and honored to have been a part of the 2010 and 2011 Seattle Erotic Art Festival main stage productions, as well as the Seattle and New York casts of “SHINE: a Burlesque Musical.”

In 2011 Paris was selected to join the casts of Lily Verlaine and Jasper McCann’s productions of “Through the Looking Glass: The Burlesque Alice in Wonderland” and “Land of the Sweets: The Burlesque Nutcracker.” He also worked with Stripped Screw Burlesque on “Disney After Dark” and is one of the original cast members of this hit show, appearing in all of its Seattle inceptions and the tour. The 2012 Moisture Festival selected Paris’ solo act from this show to be featured in their Libertease Burlesque series.

Paris is half of the dynamic dance duo, The Original Twins, which also stars his twin, Trojan Original. The twins’ choreography has been featured in 12 Minutes Max, a choreography showcase at On the Boards, and as the opening act of a vaudeville show.

In 2010, Paris co-founded the Boylesque troupe Mod Carousel along with the Luminous Pariah and Trojan Original. Since its inception, Mod Carousel has toured annually to Alaska. They were also featured in the first ever annual New York City Boylesque Festival and have appeared in the UK. In addition to Mod Carousel, Paris is also a member of the touring group “SpeedBump: A Neo-Burlesque Road Trip” which completed its first tour in 2012.
